1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil the reduce to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
Use with a turkey marinade injector or use as a basting liquid if desired.
