Turkey Injection Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground bay
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes and allow to cool before injecting.
NOTE: You really aren't going to do much good trying to inject into a turkey breast. Best effort will be to inject small amounts in a lot of locations.
