1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 box lemon gelatin
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup powdered sugar
1 lemon, juiced


Dissolve gelatin in one cup of hot water and cool. Mix dissolved gelatin with all other ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-32 minutes. Glaze immediately.

For Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice; pour over hot cake.

This recipe it delicious-
I don't use juice from a lemon in the mix but for the glaze I do.
It is great for a hot day.
