Salmon Ball Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
8 ounces package cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated
2 teaspoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1 large can salmon - drained, skin removed, flaked w/ fork
3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Cream the softened cheese with the lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire, pepper, and Liquid Smoke. Mix in the flaked, drained salmon.
Form this mixture into a ball and roll it in the parsley & pecans to coat. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving (with crackers).
