ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar pineapple ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped white raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates
2 cups chopped pecans
directions
Combine the cream cheese, ice cream topping, raisins, and dates in a bowl. Mix well then form into a ball.
Roll the ball in the chopped pecans to cover it completely.
Carefully wrap the coated ball in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
Unwrap the ball and place on a plate. Serve with crackers.
