ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 cup mashed potatoes
cracker crumbs
oil, for deep frying
directions
Put meat, sauerkraut (well-drained) and onion through food chopper. Add flour, eggs and potatoes.
Roll into 1" balls and then in cracker crumbs.
Deep fry and serve hot.
