1 teaspoon consomme or beef broth
teriyaki sauce
seasoned salt
seasoned pepper
thinly sliced party bread
directions
Any cut of venison can be used if sliced very thin (1/4-inch maximum) across the grain. Lay slices in a glass baking dish. Add beef consomme, a light sprinkling of seasoned salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Sprinkle with Teriyaki sauce and serve on party bread.
