Avocado-Onion Dip

ingredients
1 envelope (1 ounce size) onion soup mix
1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
Combine the soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.
Peel and pit the avocados. Cut the avocados into chunks and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and mash with a fork.
Stir the mashed avocado into the sour cream mixture until well blended.
Serve the dip with crackers, fresh veggies, or tortilla chips.
