Proscuitto and Goat Cheese Tea Sandwiches - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

4 ounces goat cheese
1 tablespoon cream (more if needed)
1/4 pound proscuitto
12 slices white sandwich bread

directions

In a small bowl, combine goat cheese with some of the cream until cheese is smooth enough to spread. Smooth a thin layer of cheese on each slice of bread.

Cut proscuitto into 1 inch strips. Divide proscuitto among half of the slices spreading to cover slice. Top with another slice of goat cheese bread.

Using a sharp serrated knife, trim the crust off of each sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
