ingredients
1 pouch dry onion soup mix
1 container (16 oz. size) sour cream
1 package (10 oz. size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/3 cup chopped toasted almonds
crackers
directions
Mix soup mix, sour cream, spinach and almonds. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with crackers for dipping. If desired, garnish with tomatoes and fresh basil.
