10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 pound butter
1/2 each onion
6 1/2 ounces crab meat, picked over
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover; cook on high for 1 hour or until heated through, stirring frequently.

I love the flavor of this dip but I like it creamier so I add some cream cheese (about half a block) cut into cubes and stir it in and let it cook until it all melts and is good and mixed. I serve this with toasted slices of french bread.

I add more cheese than this calls for but it is delish either way!!
