ingredients
1 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
1 can chopped water chestnuts
3 green onions very finely chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small jar pimento finely chopped
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Stack the larger spinach leaves one on top of another and cut, vertically and horizontally, to squares 1/2 to 3/4 inch in size. Chop, and combine all of the ingredients. Chill well before serving.
