Cheese And Spinach Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces "lite" cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 package (10-ounce size) chopped frozen spinach, thawed, with all water pressed out (use a colander)
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except for olives, into a 3 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour. Stir the dip and cook on LOW for 1 hour more.
Stir in black olives right before serving. This is good with a raw vegetable platter.
