Christmas Eggnog Cookies

ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup eggnog
3 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Icing
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons eggnog
ground nutmeg
directions
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and the 1 cup eggnog. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F until lightly browned (8 to 10 minutes).
To make icing, mix the powdered sugar with enough eggnog to make spreading consistency. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
