Hot Chicken Artichoke Dip

ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken or turkey
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 chipotle peppers en adobo, minced (or to taste)
1 can (15 ounce size) artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a glass pie dish.
Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, chipotle peppers, and artichoke hearts in a bowl. Mix gently to combine. Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared pie dish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
Serve the chicken dip with tortilla chips or cocktail bread.
