Ingredients:
14 ounces can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise*
1 cup shredded mozarella
1 cup grated parmesan, divided
1 tablespoon chopped inion
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

Combine artichoke hearts, mozerella, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup parmesan, onion and garlic salt. Put in ungreased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan. Bake 350 F uncovered for 20 minutes.

Serve with baguette bread, crackers.

*Do not use salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
