I made this for Christmas and everyone loved it. I added green chilies and cooked it in a slow cooker. I am making it again for Easter. Very Yummy!!!

I made this for a girl's night in and it was a huge success! I always make artichoke dips for special occasions and end up losing the recipe afterwards. This is one that I will not misplace!

Made this for Christmas Eve... very easy (i'm pretty inexperienced in the kitchen) and tasted superb, was the hit appetizer of the night. Definitely recommend, and not a long prep time either.

This dip was, indeed, very easy and very yummy. I took it to a party and it was a BIIIIIG hit! I used a little more garlic (3 large cloves) and I chopped the artichoke hearts rather than tearing apart with my fingers. Also, I let the cream cheese come to room temperature; that probably goes without saying, which is why the recipe didn't say it, but I figure I might as well state that too! I will make this again for sure! I think next time, however, I will add a little spinach (thawed chopped spinach) and some diced jalapeno peppers ... it could use a little spicy! If you like cheesy dips and want something yummy and easy, you can't go wrong with this recipe.

I prepared this recipe for the first time to take to a Super Bowl Party. It will definitely be a repeat as it was a huge hit with everyone at the party. The blend of the parmesan and mozzerella cheeses mixed with the artichoke hearts was incredible. I was afraid there would be too much cheese and not enough artichoke hearts when first preparing the dish, but I was surprisingly mistaken. The recipe states that it is enough for 8 people. If preparing as an appitizer, it will feed 15 people easy. A must to add to my favorites!
