Turkey Pastrami And Pasta Salad

ingredients
3/4 pound turkey pastrami, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
8 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 can (14 ounce size) artichokes, drained and cut into quarters
2 medium carrots, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (4 ounce size) black olives, drained and sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 lettuce leaves
directions
In large bowl, combine pastrami, rotini, artichoke, carrots, onion, celery and olives.
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss together with pastrami mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
