Tortellini & Artichoke Pasta Salad

ingredients
9 ounces pkg. cheese-stuffed tortellini
6 ounces jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped and drained, reserving liquid
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Cook tortellini; rinse and drain well. Toss with the marinated artichoke hearts and the peppers.
Combine remaining ingredients, including reserved artichoke liquid, and toss with tortellini.
