Penne Pesto Salad

ingredients
8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
1 package pesto pasta sauce mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon water
1 dash lemon juice
3 cups assorted vegetables, grilled
6 lettuce leaves (optional)
directions
Prepare pasta, following package directions. Rinse well with cold water, then drain well.
Combine the pesto mix, mayonnaise, water and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add pasta and mix gently. Stir in grilled vegetables.
Serve on a bed of lettuce if desired. Refrigerate.
