112 ounces pasta
6 ounces salt
7 gallons boiling water
3 quarts vinaigrette or other dressing
48 ounces vegetables, your choice
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain well.
Add the dressing and other vegetables and toss to combine.
Chill the pasta salad for 3 hours or until ready to serve (do not make more than 24 hours in advance). Stir well before serving.
