What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

I love this recipe and use it often! It tastes just like the ranch pasta salad you make from a Simply Pasta Salad box. I use Hellmans Mayo and grate my carrots with a fine grater. I suggest bacon bits rather than pieces, as pieces are a little too big. Don't worry about the 2-5 hour refrigeration time...I rinse the pasta with cold water after I drain it. You can serve it right away, or wait.

I tried this recipe with a little subsitution. I used shredded carrots and MIRACLE WHIP! The Miracle Whip gives it that little extra tangy flavor that goes so well with the bacon! Try it!
