ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 3 quart rectangular baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and baking soda. Stir in eggs, pineapple, and butter until combined. Fold in nuts and coconut. Spread in prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven about 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in the dish on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
