ingredients
1/2 cup brandy
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons clear raspberry brandy (Framboise Eau-de-Vie)
15 strawberries hulled
1 bottle chilled Brut Champagne
directions
Stir brandy, sugar & framboise in medium bowl. Slice 9 strawberries; add to the brandy mixture. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature, then strain.
Divide brandy mixture among champagne glasses. Add 1 strawberry to each glass. Fill with champagne; serve.
