I loved the combination of the cranberry juice in this otherwise classic mimosa! It adds a little tartness to balance out the sweet citrus. When making cocktails with Champagne you can get away with using a cheaper brand, so don't buy the most expensive bottles for drinks like these. It still has to be drinkable, of course, but it doesn't need to be overly expensive either - especially if you are making these for a group!
