Lasagna Rolls With Crab Meat

ingredients
1 package imitation crab meat
2 green onions
5 mushrooms
1 container ricotta cheese
8 lasagna noodles
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
directions
Boil lasagna noodles. Finely chop mushrooms, crab meat and green onion and combine in bowl along with ricotta cheese. Mix well.
Take 1 lasagna noodle and cut in half. Then take some of the ricotta cheese and place on lasagna noodle. Roll the noodle and place in baking dish. Finish stuffing the remaining noodles and place in baking dish.
Then cover lasagna rolls with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
