1 can fruit cocktail
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1 package (3 ounce size) cherry or lime jello
1 small package Cool Whip
directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer till smooth. Add jello. Cool in fridge for 1 hour then add Cool Whip and mix well. Cool till set.
