1 loaf (1 pound size) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (1 ounce size) ranch salad dressing mix
1 package (12 ounce size) bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked, drained
directions
Roll bread dough into 1/2-inch-thick rectangle on lightly floured surface; brush with oil. Cut dough with sharp knife into 1 x 1-inch pieces.
Toss bread dough pieces, cheese, salad dressing mix and bacon in large bowl. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; shape into oval loaf.
Let rise in warm place until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
