7/8 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast (rapid rise or bread machine yeast)
directions
Place all ingredients in bread maker, according to manufacturer's directions. Select dough cycle.
When cycle is complete shape into rolls. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees F until golden.
