ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
salt
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
water
2 teaspoons yeast

TOPPING

1/4 cup butter, melted
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

directions

Place roll ingredients into bread machine on dough setting and press start. When dough is finished, remove from machine.

Grease two 8-inch cake pans.

Turn out dough onto a floured countertop or cutting board. Gently roll and stretch dough into a 24 inch rope. With a sharp knife, divide dough into 18 pieces. Shape into balls and divide rolls between the two pans.

In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic. Drizzle over rolls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and let rise in warm oven 30-45 minutes until doubled. Remove rolls from oven.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Put rolls in oven, bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on top. Remove from oven, cut apart and spread with butter.

On the Garlic Cheese Rolls by Veronica 1; there was no measurement for the water & salt. Would love to have the amt for those so I can make the recipe. Thank you. I'm new to your site but I love it already. There's a lot of great recipes here!

These were fantastic! I had to guess on the water and salt amount as there seems to be a typo on the recipe. My family LOVES these rolls yum!
