Bread Machine Caraway Rye Rolls

ingredients
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup warm small-curd cottage cheese
1 beaten egg, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup rye flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 package active dry yeast
directions
Add ingredients to bread pan according to manufacturer's directions. Use dough cycle. When the cycle is finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide into 12 pieces. Place in well-greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing from pans to wire racks.
