Not only delicious but gorgeous presentation! The flavors all went so well together. I LOVE feta cheese so I may have added a little extra :)

This dressing is excellent. I use it all the time. I've seen one almost the same except they also add crushed garlic, but that's all preference. Yum.
For those that have made this recipe, do you think a Gorgonzola cheese (pre-crumbled) would work well with this dressing? Thanks in advances for your comments! Can't wait to make this - it sounds de-li-ci-o-cious!

One of my favorite salads! It is so easy to make and it was a hit at the Holiday party I took it to a few weeks ago. The dressing makes it all come together. I've doubled the recipe for big gatherings, but have also made it as a small salad for one.
Mimi's cafe offers a similar salad and they include sliced strawberries. I imagine this ingredient would go just as well with this recipe (adding to the sweetness and overall nutrition).

I made this salad for a group of friends at my Marina a few days ago. While I was chopping walnuts and putting the dressing together on the picnic table, my husband was grilling the Delmonico Steaks on the grill. When everyone sat down to eat, my salad was the biggest hit. I will make this salad frequently! Thanks, K.B of Pentwater MI

A fabulous (winter) salad! The blend of flavors and texture is unique - sweet & 'sharp' while also crunchy and soft. - I've made with red leaf lettuce- really superb.

I love this recipe (and it was a big hit at a number of potlucks). The best part about it is the salad dressing. I make it all the time and have it on salads weekly. It is my husbands and my favorite salad dressing.

This recipe is great. I doubled it to take to a potluck dinner and it was a hit. The sweetness and nutty flavors go well together.
