3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 orange or lemon, juice of
1 orange or lemon, rind of
4 chicken breasts (whole or cubed)
red onion
red and green bell peppers
pineapple
directions
Combine Worcestershire sauce, mustard, juice and rind and mix well. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Discard marinade.
Put chicken cubes on skewers rotating with the onions, pepper and pineapple. Grill until done as desired (until juices run clear).
