Chicken and Eggplant Kebabs

ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in strips
1 eggplant, cut into 1" chunks
1 onion, cut into 1" chunks
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup spaghetti sauce, heated
directions
Preheat broiler.
Thread chicken, eggplant and onion alternately on metal skewers. Baste each kebab with Italian dressing.
Broil 7-9 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Transfer kebabs to a serving platter, top with spaghetti sauce and serve immediately.
