- #83762
under 30 minutes
ingredients
12 ounces bow tie pasta (i.e., farfalle)
1 can (10 ounce size) chicken, drained
1 can (8 to 10 ounce size) pesto sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Place chicken in a large bowl and, using forks, pull it apart into bite-size pieces.
While pasta is still warm, add it to the chicken and toss thoroughly. Add the pesto sauce and toss to coat. Add the walnuts and toss once more.
NOTE: Though this dish is easier to toss when warm, it may be served cold as well.
