ingredients
2 ounces butter 2/3 cup lobster hornemeat 8 ounces heavy cream 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 12 ounces pasta, cooked and drained 1/8 teaspoon salt
directions
Add the butter to a saute pan over medium heat. When melted, add the lobster and cook, stirring frequently, until the lobster is cooked.
Stir in the cream and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Add the Parmesan. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Stir the pasta into the sauce and mix well. Season with the salt.
