Lobster Angel Hair Pasta With White Wine Sauce

ingredients
2 pounds fresh lobster
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup snipped Italian parsley
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon dry basil crushed
1 cup chopped tomatoes
10 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 cup melted butter
directions
Cook onion in butter and oil until transparent. Stir in wine, bouillon, basil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and a pinch of pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes or until liquid is 2/3 evaporated.
Take lobster from shell and cut into small edible pieces. Add lobster to pan, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until lobster is cooked through. Stir in tomatoes until heated.
Toss pasta with melted butter and add to lobster with parsley and Parmesan.
