Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

A good dish, not the best. We used half and half for lack of heavy cream. it took long to reduce. Will try again.
Using half and half instead of heavy cream would definitely affect your results, and cause it to take far longer to reduce.

This one is to die for. Very simple and totally decadent. A definite keeper!
