Marinated Salmon With Pasta

ingredients
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup ripe olives, pitted
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 ounces thin-sliced smoked salmon, gently flaked
2 cups uncooked farfalle pasta (bowtie pasta)
directions
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, garlic, oil, parsley, basil, oregano, and black pepper until well mixed. Gently stir in the salmon.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-24 hours (do not let it marinate for over 24 hours).
30 minutes before you are ready to serve the recipe, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well then toss with the salmon mixture.
Serve hot or chilled.
