Salmon Pasta With Sun-Dried Tomatoes

ingredients
4 cloves garlic
2 shallots
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup water
1 pouch (6 ounce size) cooked salmon
8 ounces angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
Parmesan cheese
directions
Chop garlic and shallots and saute in oil, and set aside.
Bring 1/2 cup water to boil; add bouillon cube and sun-dried tomatoes; let sit for 15 minutes. Add garlic mixture. Crumble salmon into garlic-tomato mixture. Add capers. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss salmon mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Used broth instead of the bouilon cube + water. Very easy to make and quick too.

Didn't have shallots so I used the onion equivalent. Very good and flavorful.
