ingredients
2 1/2 ounces steak, thinly sliced
1 1/2 ounce red bell peppers, sliced
1 1/2 ounce green bell peppers, sliced
1 ounce onion, sliced
3 fresh eggs
OR
5 1/4 ounces liquid or frozen whole egg substitute
directions
Grill steak, peppers and onion.
Prepare omelet. Fill omelet with steak, peppers and onion.
Serve garnished with potatoes and salsa.
