ingredients
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
directions
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook over low heat. Lift edges of egg as it cooks to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
When egg is cooked, fold over half and serve with sauce.
To make sauce, combine soup, green pepper, onion, and olives. Heat through and pour over omelet.
