ingredients
4 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups romaine lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
directions
Beat eggs and water until blended.
In a 10-inch skillet (preferably nonstick), heat butter. Pour in egg mixture. Carefully push cooked portions at edge toward center until top is thickened and no visible liquid remains.
