It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

It's crazy how often people skip marinating their chicken. Overnight is best, but even a few hours in this basil infused, white wine-lemon marinade will transform a bland bird into a tremendously flavorful one.
2/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
2 cloves freshly minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning mix
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken pieces (boneless or bone-in) and marinate overnight. Drain the marinade before cooking the chicken.

This marinade was top rate! Marinated chicken breast over night and grilled. Super flavor and tender chicken. What a hit! Would recommend highly.
