Grilled Peanut Butter Shrimp

ingredients
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
24 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
directions
In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and 2 tablespoons soy sauce, then blend well. Stir in remaining soy sauce, sugar, garlic and oil.
Brush shrimp with peanut butter sauce. Grill over medium hot heat for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
