1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over very low heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is heated through (do not let it come to a boil or it could curdle).
Serve warm over vegetables or on eggs benedict.
