3/4 pound sliced, cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup raisins
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 package (1 pound size) salad greens
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Arrange mixture on greens on individual salad plates.
Combine remaining 3 ingredients in a bowl and spoon over salad.
