Ham Salad

ingredients
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 pounds smoked boneless ham, diced
1 onion, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in a covered container for 2-3 days.

Great recipe. It was very easy to make, and a great way to use left over ham. Instead of using regular mayo, I used Miracle Whip instead. I will be making this again.
