Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Dip

ingredients
1 cup cooked, chopped chicken (or use canned)
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, cubed
1 can (10 ounce size) chicken noodle soup
1 can (5 ounce size) diced jalapenos, or to taste
1 can (7 ounce size) chopped green chiles, or to taste
chips or crackers
directions
Combine the chicken, cream cheese, soup, jalapenos, and green chiles in a small crock pot. Stir to mix well (the cheese won't be blended).
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-4 hours or until the cream cheese is melted. Stir once or twice during the cooking time and stir again before serving.
Serve the dip warm with chips or crackers.
