Green Chile And Olive Dip

ingredients
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
2 cans (4 ounce size) diced green chiles
2 cans (4.25 ounce size) chopped ripe olives
3 medium tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)
directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving with tortilla chips.
