1 plain bagel
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
pepperoni (or other pizza topping), to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the bagel in half. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on the cut side of each bagel half. Sprinkle them with the Mozzarella cheese and then add a layer of pepperoni or other pizza-type topping.
Place the bagel pizzas on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Let the pizzas cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
